If it takes us more than one hour from notification to making changes and getting you back online, we will refund 5% of the monthly fee per additional hour of downtime. Yes, you read that correctly. We will back up an unlimited amount of data from your Managed Server each and every day. Need to restore a backup from 22 days ago? No problem! Your daily data backups will be retained for a minimum of one month. Our backup system will read your hard drive disks at the sector level. This enables recovery images containing your files and all the formatting, partition tables, and volume configuration needed for complete and instant disaster recovery. Since daily backups only consist of changed disk sectors, it usually only takes seconds or minutes to complete your daily backups (even on very large hard drive volumes). |
